We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established Children's Home in South London. This 3-bedded home provides a safe, nurturing environment for children with learning difficulties, and we are seeking a dedicated leader to uphold and enhance the home's high standards of care.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will:

Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and all regulatory frameworks.

*

Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled and compassionate team to deliver outstanding care.

*

Ensure the delivery of individualised care plans that meet the emotional, educational, and social needs of the children.

*

Promote a positive culture, where children feel valued, supported, and empowered.

*

Drive continuous improvement, ensuring the home meets and exceeds Ofsted's "Good" or "Outstanding" standards.

*

Manage safeguarding processes and act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead.

*

Work collaboratively with families, external agencies, and professionals to achieve the best outcomes for the children.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

*

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children's residential setting.

*

Strong understanding of learning difficulties and the specific care approaches required.

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).

*

A passion for delivering exceptional care and improving the lives of vulnerable children.

*

Comprehensive knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and safeguarding protocols.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
