The Best Connection are recruiting for Machine Operatives on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in the Hortonwood area.
Pay: Starting at £13.05 per hour. The company has pay grades in place, so your pay will increase as you achieve specific skill sets. This is a temp-to-perm role following successful completion of the trial period.
Shifts: Weekly rotating pattern - all shifts are 6am-6pm
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Candidates must be available to work both weeks as part of the rota.
The Role:- Operating machinery to produce quality products
- Performing heavy lifting as part of daily duties
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Completing required documentation and quality inspections
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of recent machine operating experience
- Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Must be able to work both weeks of the rotating shift pattern
- Candidates will be invited on site to complete an aptitude test, so a good understanding of English in both reading and writing is required
