Kenna Recruitment are representing a tier one contractor, who are in the market for a Technical Services Manager to join their team. This project is a commercial fit out scheme valuing £25 million.

About the role:

You'll be liaising with the management team giving regular updates on progression and where they're at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects. Helping out with the tender process and winning work.

The ideal candidate can will have experience in commercial fit out projects and working on both the mechanical and electrical packages.

* Completion and commission work.

* working with the sub-contractors

* SMSTS

* First aid cert
