The ideal candidate will be an experienced A&F recruiter with 360 experience to manage a perm desk of industry roles from NQ to senior across the Midlands, including for high profile clients.  

Flexible is the watch word - for WFH devotees, 4 days home working is available for experienced A&F recruiters, with 1 day in the office to keep up with colleagues and exchange ideas etc.  That said, the office is there for those who prefer to be in town
