CDM Consultant - Birmingham

One of the UK's leading construction and property consultancies are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable CDM Consultant to assist in the delivery of a varied portfolio of projects. Projects predominantly across Birmingham and the wider Midlands.

This organisation are seeking a CDM Consultant as they continue to expand and be involved in an ever growing list of high value developments across the Midlands.

The CDM Consultant Role

The successful CDM Consultant will be involved in the full array of CDM and Principal Designer duties on complex projects.

Duties of the CDM Consultant to include:

· Deliver CDM and Principal Designer services in line with regulations.
· Manage design risk and compliance across multiple projects.
· Review pre-construction information and H&S documentation.
· Attend design team and site meetings across the Midlands.
· Liaise closely with clients and dutyholders.
