About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver to join a growing business based in West Malling. This is a varied, hands-on role combining warehouse duties with local deliveries—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Duties

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading/unloading deliveries
• Stock checks and general warehouse organisation
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Driving / Delivery Duties

• Completing local and regional deliveries using a company vehicle
• Ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or delivery experience (preferred)
• A valid UK driving licence
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move stock when required
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
