Deputy Manager – Complex Care Service

We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of a specialist complex care service in Leicester. The service supports adults living with acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and behaviours that challenge.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader in adult social care who’s passionate about high-quality, person-centred care and thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment.

• Work closely with the Service Manager to oversee operations and maintain high care standards
• Lead, support, and develop a dedicated team of colleagues
• Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding requirements
• Drive quality improvement and achieve agreed care and performance targets
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Team Leader, or Senior within adult social care
• Knowledge of supporting adults with complex care needs and behaviours that challenge
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and quality assurance
• Confident communicator with excellent organisational abilities
• NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) desirable
