Job Description

12 month+ contract

This position is situated within our clients Commercial Services organization and is responsible for providing procure to pay transactional and help desk support. This job supports the procure to pay process for all direct purchasing of raw and packaging materials for the North America region. 

Key Responsibilities 
• Provide transactional support for SAP contract creation and maintenance 
• Provide basic Procure to Pay ad-hoc training to internal clients as necessary 
• Support Regional Procure to Pay issue resolution related to sourcing and invoices 
• Ability to analyse, interpret, and action reports related to job scope 
• Support Buyers with inquiries and reporting 
• Support the material specification process 
• Provide helpdesk support via email, instant message, and phone 
• Provide purchase order creation for direct services as required

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a procurement, customer service, or supply chain related role 
Associate's degree/Batchelor’s degree preferred 
Quick learner with systems knowledge and experience (SAP, Microsoft Office/Excel, etc.) 
SAP transaction experience, procurement, planning, forecasting, scheduling preferred 
Strong communicator and interpersonal skills 
Strong desire to build knowledge on the end to end procurement process 
Strong customer focus 
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
