We're looking for an experienced Senior Planned Operations Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale planned and cyclical works programmes across a housing portfolio.

You'll have overall responsibility for major investment programmes including kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows and decoration works, leading managers, in‑house trade teams and external contractors. The role carries accountability for a budget of around £28m and plays a key part in shaping long‑term planned investment.

You'll ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard, with a strong focus on customer experience, value for money and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with senior leaders and finance colleagues on forecasting, budgets and future planning.

About you:

Proven experience delivering large‑scale planned or capital works programmes
Strong leadership and budget management skills
Background in housing, property or a similar environment
