Interim HR Business Partner
Contract: 12-month FTC (with strong potential to go permanent)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: South Derbyshire - onsite working
Salary: Up to £52k + benefits
Hours: Full Time (8-4 / 9-5)

This is a varied and hands-on HR generalist position, offering the opportunity to make a real impact across the business. Your responsibilities will span the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and a wide range of ER matters, including complex matters. You'll be working closely with senior leaders, contributing to both day-to-day operational HR and longer term strategic projects.

You'll be joining a fantastic well known organisation where you'll gain excellent exposure and have the chance to influence and shape HR practices during a key period of growth and change.
