Salary: £36500 - £38500/annum

Become a part of the in-house maintenance team providing planned and reactive maintenance to the UK's central bank at a site in Loughton, Debden. Successful applicants will become part of the companies succession plan, with exposure to training and promotion opportunities advancing personal and professional development. This role is day shifts, Monday to Friday, 8AM-4PM, with overtime available on the weekend.

Description

Working as part of the in-house maintenance team taking responsibility for the delivery of planned, preventive and reactive maintenance for the site
Using CAFM software to complete and record all maintenance tasks
Working without supervision, completing all work efficiently and effectively within H&S rules and regulations
Reporting in to the Shift Leader presenting detailed findings and recommendations
Making independent judgements on tasks and referring as escalations when necessary
Managing a small team of engineers

Profile

Electrically qualified to Level 3 standard
17th/18th Edition
Ideally be a High Voltage Authorised Person with experience
Experience with H&S risk assessments
Completed apprenticeship with post work experience (ideal but not essential)
Experience of managing a small team would be beneficialJob Offer

Base salary of £37,500 per annum (this does not include any additional salary received from an on call rota or the 7% benefits package as mentioned below)
