Our leading award winning architectural client is seeking a skilled Part 3 Qualified RIBA Architect, with an advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and good hand drawing skills for scheme design.

Revit experience is welcome but not essential.

A minimum of seven years-experience is required mainly in the residential sector, with extensive project management experience for multiple residential projects.

A thorough understanding of planning and technical legislation is essential.

Candidates should be capable of both producing and managing the production of feasibility schemes and planning application material unsupervised.

You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic, able to work to tight deadlines and be able to communicate

effectively with colleagues, clients and consultants. In return, they offer a pleasant working environment
