Salary:

£34000 - £40000 Per annum

The Role:-

Looking for experienced Residential Conveyancers/Fee Earners for firms throughout Newcastle, Gateshead & Jarrow.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and reviewing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents
Communicating with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties
Negotiating terms of sale and purchase agreements
Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Providing legal advice and guidance to clients

What we are looking for:

Qualified Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer
Membership with the Law Society or Council for Licenced Conveyancers
Demonstrated experience in residential conveyancing
