Our Client is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to join their Basildon facility. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in detail and accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.

🔩 Your Role:

General maintenance for site & facility
Machine repair covering Makino/Mazak/Matsuura/Okuma
Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) to cover all machining centres
Running machine capability studies
Arranging and management of repairs/machine breakdown with contractors🎓 What You Bring:

Experience of Engineering within a manufacturing environment
Good machine repair knowledge
Experience and skills in set-up of precision assemblies, the use of machine tools, fault finding and problem solving
Geometric checks on work centres (desirable)🎁 Perks & Benefits:

Full time, permanent contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a two-shift rotation, covering early and backshifts - £18.92/hr
