We are recruiting a Shift Electrical Engineer to join a high-profile commercial building near Liverpool Street.

This is a permanent, static site position offering long-term stability and structured progression within an established engineering team.

This Shift Electrical Engineer role is electrically biased and focused on delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance within a commercial FM environment.

Role Responsibilities:

Electrical Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

*

Electrical fault finding and reactive repairs

*

Maintenance of lighting, power and LV distribution systems

*

Acting as Low Voltage Authorised Person (LVAP)

*

Supporting statutory compliance and safe systems of work

*

Completion of permits, job sheets and compliance documentation

*

Liaising with clients and supervising subcontractors

This Shift Electrical Engineer position is primarily electrical, with limited mechanical exposure.

Requirements:

Level 3 Electrical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

*

LVAP certification (essential)

*

Commercial building maintenance experience

*

Strong PPM and reactive maintenance background

*

HVAP experience beneficial
