We are looking for a talented IAM Development and Support Consultant to join our client s security team and assist in the development and support of IBM Security Identity and Access Management solutions to their clients, both pre and post- implementation. You will be responsible for providing development and operation support, troubleshooting and triaging issues, monitoring system health, deploying enhancements, hot fixes and fix packs, performing configuration changes in the production and other environments and coordinating with key stakeholders from IT operations, business teams and/or third party vendors. You will perform user identity administration as well as maintenance of user security roles and profiles. Will also provide analytical and technical guidance to the team and recommend and/or take action to direct the analysis and solutions required.
Position requires 8+ years of software design and development, including at least 3 years developing custom software for large scale Identity and Access Management technologies and 5+ years of relevant hands-on technical management experience with the ability to compose, articulate and present complex technical issues to both technicians and clients to gain consensus. Experience with IBM Tivoli Access Manager suite, including ISIM, ISAM, and TFIM (Tivoli Federated Identity Management), SDI (Security Directory Integrator) required. Strong preference for exposure to all, and expert knowledge of three or more following technologies: Provisioning, Directory Services, Authentication/Authorization, Access Provisioning, Access Review, RBAC, Single Sign On, and Federation. Fluency in more than one technology stack and expertise in several of the following: C, C++, Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, EJB, Application (Client/Server), LDAP, RMI, WAS, Web Services, WS-Security, SAML, HTML, XML, XSLT, SOAP, MQ Series, LDAP / Active Directory, & Federation. Protocols such as Oauth, SAML, OpenID. Experience with DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, or other enterprise-class RDBMS. Knowledge in Operating Systems like Windows, AIX, and Linux. Knowledge in Upgrades, Performance tuning & troubleshooting. Knowledge in Multi-Factor Authentication. Ability to Integrate IGI and PIM with Identity Management Solution Knowledge of applicable SOX audit controls and applicability to IAM services architecture, design, and processes. Other key technology qualifications: Java Application Interface Development and Object Models. Single Sign-On models/Web Server & App Server session management, RBAC methodologies, PIM methodologies, REST and REST Security, XML and XML parsing and transformation, SOAP Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies/JMS Advanced systems design.
