Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the management team in the daily operations of our nursing home. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Nursing Home Manager in overall operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resident care management.

Supervise and support care staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained.

Handle resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.

Assist in budgeting, reporting, and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:
