We are working through Reed to recruit an outstanding Baby Room Leader for a well-established UK curriculum school in Cyprus. This is a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP, ideal for someone confident, nurturing and experienced within a baby room setting.

As Baby Room Leader, you will:

• Lead and support the baby room team, ensuring consistently high standards
• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 0–2
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences
• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirements are met
• Support, mentor and guide staff within the room, leading by example

To be considered, you must:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
• Have previous experience working within a baby room
• Be confident in a room leader or senior practitioner role
• Have strong knowledge of the EYFS
• Be passionate, reliable and committed to high-quality early years provision
• Be enthusiastic about relocating and working overseas
