Staff required for brand new residential educational facility Location: Aspiration House, Church Road, Frieston, Boston PE22 0NX Salary: Very competitive and negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications.
Up to £22, per annum.
Our client aims to provide long term, nurturing homes and day education for young people aged 8 – 18 years with autism, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and associated needs, enabling their young people to develop and grow, to build transferable skills to be able to live as independently as possible when they reach adulthood.
They have homes and schools in Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Neath Port Talbot and Swansea.
The facility are looking for enthusiastic people, with a big heart, to bring their personality, skills and experience to work and help their children and young people develop, grow and have fulfilling childhoods.
One of their newest facilities is Aspiration House, a specialist children’s home and school set in the idyllic scenery in Frieston, just outside of Boston.
Key tasks and Responsibilities
•Encourage individuality, confidence, and self-esteem in those they support, optimising their quality of life, promoting their independence.

•Support young people in a range of educational and vocational activities both on-site and in the wider community
•Whilst bringing your own upbeat personality to work every day, become part of a great team
•Provide a range of support tasks such as personal care and develop their domestic and social skills.

•No previous experience is necessary as they will provide you with all the training and skills you require to carry out any of the above roles.
