Primary Specialist (KS2) - Independent Prep School, Poole

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 teacher to join a thriving independent preparatory school in the beautiful coastal town of Poole.

We are seeking a Primary Specialist with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, and ideally, a specialism or keen interest in English. You will join a dynamic and supportive team committed to delivering an outstanding, well-rounded education in a nurturing environment.

Contract/Position Details:

Location: Poole
Position: Primary Teacher (KS2)
Start date: After October half term
Contract: Temporary
Full time/part time: Full Time
Hours: 07:30am - 16:00pm (including meetings and parents evenings)
Minimum rate of pay: Paid to scaleThe ideal candidate will:

Be a qualified teacher with experience teaching KS2 with QTS
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge, particularly in English
Inspire and engage pupils of all abilitiesWhat your role will include:

Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across key stage 2, with a focus on developing strong literacy and language skills
Planning and assessing work in with school and national curriculum expectations
