Actively seeking a motivated Project Director looking for a new challenge. This is an exciting opportunity to join a tier 1 main contractor who operate across a range of construction sectors including housing, commercial, industrial and data centres, with a turnover of circa £1billion.

About the Role

This an exciting opportunity for a hands on Project Director to lead a Site team for a New build, social housing scheme running until late 2026 worth £70million. This is a logistically challenging site so previous project experience of leading a high rise residential development is essential.

Responsibilities and Requirements of the role

Successfully lead a project site team on a large scale RC Frame residential development.
Have a good understanding and skill with M&E packages and of the M&E installation process
Successfully led a project of a similar value from start to finish
The ideal candidate will be personable, charismatic and be able to successful lead an existing site team.
Good understanding and knowledge of the Building Safety Act and management of high rise developments.
