Job Specification: MEICA Project Manager - Havant Thicket

Role Purpose
Lead the delivery of MEICA works on the Havant Thicket water project, overseeing design coordination, installation, commissioning, safety, programme and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage MEICA scope across pumping, treatment and control systems
Coordinate design reviews, technical queries and subcontractor activities
Oversee installation, FAT/SAT, testing and commissioning
Drive safety standards, RAMS, permits and environmental compliance
Monitor programme, budgets, change management and NEC processes
Liaise with client, operations and multi‑disciplinary teamsExperience Required

MEICA delivery in water sector (pumping stations, treatment assets, ICA/SCADA)
Managing subcontractors, commissioning, and interface works
NEC experience and strong commercial awarenessQualifications

Mechanical/Electrical/Controls background (HNC/HND/Degree)
CSCS Manager card, SMSTS, EUSR Water Hygiene (desirable)
