Are you able to work 5am-1pm, Monday-Friday?

Our client, a unique third sector organisation, are looking for a Document Controller to assist their busy and friendly team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

As a Document Controller you will be responsible for the integrity, accessibililty and compliance of customer records; ensuring the stored data is complete and meets GDPR and internal regulations. Duties include:

* Converting, indexing and storing physical documents as accessible electronic documentation.

* Ensuring the right documents are accessible by the right users with the right information

* Implementing document control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with data policy and regulations.

* Inspecting documents to ensure data quality.

To be successful in this role you will need:

* Previous experience in document/record management

* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

* Strong IT skills

* Effective communication skills.

* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

This is a fully office-based role, core hours are Monday-Friday, 5am-1pm.
