We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities within Commissioned care settings, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services. This position requires a proactive approach and a strong understanding of the sales process, particularly in utilising software tools such as Salesforce to manage leads and track progress.

You will be responsible for the following - current but not limited to

* Business development at a variety of buyer levels within each target client

* Identifying & recording business opportunities within the client base for commissioned care

* Making opening appointments within client groups such as ICB's, Case Management Companies etc. (this is not an exhaustive list)

* Developing existing accounts with the above client groups and creating awareness of the services supplied by MCS & MedGen Healthcare.

* Establishing, maintaining, and recording contacts and building relationships at all levels within the client organisation and at departmental and executive level

* Supporting & identifying a successful sales strategy for the market

* Liaising regularly with divisional and team management to capture & record client activity intelligence and information.

Business Development Executive

* Making outbound calls for lead generation and client appointments.

* identifying, recording, and maintaining details of key personnel in the client organisation via the SALESFORCE database

Objectives:

1. Deliver a minimum commissionable gross margin of £7650 on a monthly basis which serves to cover the costs of employment.

2. Deliver a standard sales monthly commissionable gross margin of £15,300 on a monthly basis.

3. Deliver an average of 40 outbound calls daily with a minimum daily talk time of 90 minutes.

4. Deliver 2 new client meetings on a monthly basis.

5. Deliver at least one shift from a new client on a monthly basis
