Primary Job Duties : Job Knowledge: Seasoned professional in the job family. This is the level of full competence that all professionals are expected to achieve in the function. Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills to resolve complex situations. Typically confers with managers or superiors on unusually complex matters. Supervision Received/Independent Judgement: Operates with considerable latitude performing work with instruction limited to results expected. Additional Duties & Requirements : Works with Application Functional experts, and application developers to develop training materials and job aids for users of HR applications. Provides Business Owners with assistance in testing applications. Provides Instructor Lead training for HR applications. Develops training materials, and updates existing materials based on changes in applications. Develops on line training materials and application help capability for on-line self-help capability. Experienced with UPK development and maintenance. An active Secret-level Clearance is required - provided by Dice
