Do you have experience dealing with customers, engaging with sales, preparation of quotes and engineering/mechanical knowledge?

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be forming part of an engineering team and bridging the gap between the company and the customer, providing the right solutions, costings and preparations.

The company is a well-established outfit that specialises in industrial systems supporting the designing, specification, installation and maintenance of a wide range of products. This role has been specifically created due to sheer demand, ambitious growth plans and strategic planning to become world leaders in their sector.

The role involves being the main technical point of contact for all enquiries relating to orders, ensuring requirements are understood and expectations are met. Understand details provided by the customer for the preparation of quotes. You will need to record and update internal CRM systems and enjoy a variety of your day with lots of interaction from other departments.
