We are seeking a Customer Support Representative / Help Desk Agent to join our team! You will be providing quality Level 1 support to a growing customer base with high degree of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Act as the first level of escalation for user problems within support with the highest level of customer service
Track and monitor open support issues to insure service level standards are met
Demonstrate an awareness of escalation process within the support department
Research, resolve, and respond to questions in accordance with company expectations
High school diploma with some college
General knowledge of Windows Operating Systems 7/10
Help Desk/Troubleshooting skills/experience
Good knowledge High of Microsoft office products
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task well
Work efficiently and productively with little direction or guidance
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written
Able to work nights and weekends
Desired Skill Set: Experience supporting Mobile Applications!
Will require flexibility schedule with evenings and weekends.
