The Role - HLTA

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting learning across the school and covering whole-class teaching when required. Your duties will include delivering pre-planned lessons, supporting small groups, providing targeted interventions, and assisting with assessments under the guidance of the class teacher and senior leaders. The ideal candidate will be confident leading a class independently, flexible across year groups, and committed to helping pupils make strong progress.
