Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Air Conditioning Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Air Conditioning Engineer, will be responsible for:

* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) on air conditioning systems

* You may also be required to work on refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines.

* You would have knowledge of installation designs and bespoke manufacturer troubleshooting procedures.

* Complete all work-related documentation in an accurate and timely manner, keeping logs on inspection reports and remedial works.

To be successful for this Air Conditioning Engineer role you must have:

* City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air-Conditioning or Heating & Ventilation.

* Relevant qualifications in F-Gas & ODS regulations.

* Knowledge of Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures.
