Learning Support Assistant - Primary School - Lambeth (Year 3 Support)

Salary: £90 - £105 per day (depending on experience)

What you'll be doing as a Learning Support Assistant:

Supporting a Year 3 pupil with tailored learning strategies

Adapting classroom materials and activities to suit individual needs

Encouraging participation and engagement across the curriculum

Building confidence, independence, and social skills

Monitoring progress and reporting regularly to teachers and SENCO

What we're looking for:

Experience supporting children with additional learning needs (essential)

Calm, patient and encouraging approach

Ability to adapt teaching materials and work independently or as part of a team

Strong communication skills with both pupils and staff

DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
