Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Construction

Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £26,000 + uncapped commission + training & development - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing construction recruitment team in Gerrards Cross. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment, with full training provided and clear progression to Consultant and Senior Consultant level.

You will learn how to source, attract, and place skilled construction professionals across a range of trades and professional roles, while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and develop core recruitment skills through structured training and mentoring

Source candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases

*

Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles

*

Write and post job adverts

*

Build and maintain strong candidate relationships

*

Support senior consultants with live vacancies

*

Develop knowledge of the construction industry and market trends

*

Contact clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support

*

Maintain accurate records within the CRM system

*

Work towards individual and team targets
