We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager covering the South of England for a Capital Equipment manufacturer with premises based in the North & South of England as well as Europe. As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for serving a wide range of industries, including the automotive, aerospace and foundries through a global network of expert engineers and aftermarket upgrades, digital solutions and local service support.

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be joining a world-leading engineering provider within their field with a number of leading Global brands within their portfolio. As a business they offer customers full support throughout the whole lifetime of their equipment.

Regional Sales Manager Role Overview:
Our client is home to four leading, globally operating brands. With one of the largest installed bases of the industry and as a strong global partner in major Industries, they are able to serve customers better, faster and more efficiently.

As Regional Sales Manager for the South you will be responsible for driving company sales performance, managing customer relations, and developing market presence. Your primary focus will be on aftermarket solutions with the product portfolio of Spare Parts, Services, Equipment Modernisation and Upgrades and Digital Solutions.
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Pursue sales opportunities from lead generation, customer understanding, creation of business opportunity, through customer buy-in and proposal preparation, to signed contract while ensuring required profitability.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationship with the focus on sales revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Develop the market you will be responsible for in line with company sales strategy to maximise sales performance, protect and grow market share as per the regional and the Line of Business Plans.
Proactively and continuously identify opportunities in the industry - both for AM, EMP (key focus) and OEM products leveraging the customers contacts.
Understand and track changes in customer requirements and in area competitors' landscape. Agree necessary sales tactics adjustments with your line manager.
Ensuring accurate and complete sales reporting, as well as data management in CRM system in accordance with company standards.

Professional experience & background:
Min. 3 years of sales experience in sales/services organization of industrial segment, preferably positions within aftermarket solutions
Broad technical, operational or sales knowledge of Capital Equipment industries. Good network in industrial environment.
Technical or commercial education with ability quickly understand technical products.
*This is a remote based role with travel expectations.
