We're recruiting an experienced Regional Support Manager to strengthen and support a network of children's residential homes across the Leeds to Leicester region. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about driving quality, stability, and positive outcomes for young people.

Key responsibilities:

Provide parachute and interim support to Registered Managers and homes

Deliver audits, coaching, and mentoring to drive best practice

*

Stabilise services and maintain Ofsted compliance and high care standards

*

Support teams to create safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environments

About you:

Strong background in children's residential care at senior level

*

Excellent knowledge of Ofsted and quality frameworks

*

Confident coach, mentor, and problem solver

*

Flexible to travel regionally
