A diverse and high-achieving primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a passionate and reflective Key Stage 1 Teacher to join its team from September 2025. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative and inclusive school community.

Role Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners in Key Stage 1

Promote a positive learning environment that encourages independence, curiosity, and resilience

*

Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, identifying and supporting individual learning needs

*

Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to support holistic development

*

Contribute to school-wide initiatives and work closely with year group partners

Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

Experience teaching in Key Stage 1

*

Thorough understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment requirements

*

Strong classroom management and a nurturing, child-centred approach

*

A commitment to professional development and inclusive practice
