Job Title: Team Leader Cleaner

Salary: £25,000 per annum

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Team Leader Cleaner to join our dedicated cleaning team. This is a key role that requires a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills to ensure our premises are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The Role

• Supervising and motivating a small team of cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

• Performing cleaning duties across the site, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising various areas

• Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly

• Managing cleaning schedules and rotas, ensuring all areas are covered

• Ensuring the safe use and storage of all cleaning equipment and chemicals

• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the management team

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a professional cleaning role, with some experience in a supervisory or leadership position

• A strong work ethic and an eye for detail

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relating to cleaning

• Reliability and punctuality are essential
