Your new role
You will be working as part of the EMEA head office, and this role would really epitomise the ideal position for someone to step into industry and learn the working processes of an in house function. Alongside reporting responsibilities you will also gain exposure to commercial/operational teams which should lead to you gaining a broad skill set.
- Preparation of statutory accounts in accordance with IFRS
- Preparation of monthly management reports including presentation and commentary on variance
- Budgets vs actuals
- Working with divisional finance heads of departments to scrutinise numbers and challenge assumptions
- Business partnering
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a Top 50 trained ACA who has gained a strong technical skill set. These skill sets will need to be complemented by strong interpersonal skills to allow you to work with business leaders and gain respect of your peers.
