About the Role: As Team Leader – Residential Conveyancing, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting a busy conveyancing department. You’ll oversee a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, while also mentoring junior staff and driving business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support residential conveyancing transactions
• Handle a diverse caseload including:
• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New-build transactions
• Shared ownership schemes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
• Lead and support a growing team within a fast-paced office environment

About You:We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing and team management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
