About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and people-focused People Operations Manager to lead the delivery of all HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. This is a critical role in the People team, ensuring that processes are efficient, compliant, and centred around a great employee experience.
Your team is the operational backbone of the People Function (17 people in total across People Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Experience and Reward). You’ll partnerclosely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and the wider business. In this role, you will deliver the day to day, whilst continuously improving our systems, processes, ways of working and service delivery.
