About the Role:
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Housekeeping Office Coordinator to support the smooth running of our Housekeeping department. You’ll manage administrative tasks, support the team, coordinate daily operations and help keep our hotel running efficiently behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room assignments, briefings and staff scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of room status, inventories and housekeeping documentation.
- Manage keys, lost property, mobile phone logs and office supplies securely and accurately.
- Assist with training new starters and support staff with queries throughout the shift.
- Prepare rotas, attendance lists and housekeeping reports using systems such as Knowcross and Opera.
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand‑standard cleanliness.
- Handle admin tasks including filing, data entry and report preparation.
- Communicate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
Who You Are:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
- Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with accuracy and professionalism.
- Bonus: experience with Opera, Knowcross, sustainability or crisis‑management practices.
