About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full ownership of the commercial management of the Lifecycle Works account at Whiston Hospital. This position offers the opportunity to lead on high-value projects, exercise commercial judgement, and contribute to a key healthcare contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all commercial and financial elements of the Lifecycle Works account
- Deliver accurate financial forecasting, valuations, invoicing, and reporting
- Drive cost efficiency, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and the supply chain to achieve project goals
- Promote lean management practices, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Prepare and settle final accounts, including contentious issues, where necessary
- Ensure all work complies with VINCI’s Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies
Key Skills & Requirements:- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction (RICS or CIOB preferred but not essential)
- Healthcare or PFI experience highly desirable
- Strong commercial and contractual expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- IT proficiency with knowledge of reporting and CAFM systems
- DBS required (VINCI will arrange checks)
