Ready to make your mark in a growing, fast-paced food manufacturing environment? We're on the lookout for a Senior Process Technologist who can bring fresh thinking, technical know-how, and a hands-on approach to help scale across a diverse range of products.

The company are experiencing fast growth. To keep up with demand and stay ahead of it, they are expanding manufacturing capabilities. They need someone who can:

• Optimise food production processes for quality, safety, and efficiency
• Lead the scale-up of new products from concept to commercial reality
• Collaborate efficiently with R&D, QA, Sales, Engineering, and Operations
• Enhance factory capabilities and maximise capacity without compromising on quality

What You'll Be Doing

• Translating brilliant product ideas into scalable manufacturing solutions
• Leading factory trials, launches, and continuous process improvements
• Troubleshooting production challenges with a practical, hands-on approach
• Bringing technical process expertise to every stage of production
• Using data analysis to inform decisions and optimise performance

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years in food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of packaging technologies and processes
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and critical paths
• Excellent communicator
• High attention to detail and a knowledge for food safety standards
• Agile and adaptable
