Role: Call Handler
Location: Remote, UK wide
Start Date: 20th May 2024
Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour, paid weekly
Bonus: £200 gratitude bonus paid on the completion of your assignment
Hours: Monday to Friday on a shift basis between 8am-10pm
Contract Length: Expectation to be between 4-6 weeks We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is a global award-winning outsourcer who works with a host of well known brands and businesses. They are looking for passionate, personable and professional Customer Service Advisors to join their team on short term contract.
The Role- Handling inbound calls from stakeholders, following script style questions and logging answers accurately.
- Meeting challenging targets for Quality of interaction and process follow through.
- To ensure the best Customer service experience is given to all customers.
- To achieve KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) whilst maintaining excellent quality.
- Ensuring that all consumer contact is handled in a professional manner in line with the client's methodologies, values and principles - maximize all interactions to promote their Brand.
