Senior Family Solicitor - Ringwood
A well-established and modern law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to lead the re-establishment of its Family Law Team from a growing office in Ringwood. The Role
The firm is relaunching its Family offering and is looking for a senior-level lawyer to play a key strategic role in rebuilding the department. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters while shaping the future direction of the team.
This role offers significant scope for progression, with the opportunity to build and lead a team around a solid platform of support and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Running a caseload of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, and domestic abuse
- Leading and growing the Family department in the Ringwood office
- Supervising junior team members as the department develops
- Engaging in business development and helping to raise the profile of the firm's family law services locally and nationally
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless client experience
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years PQE with significant experience in private family law
- Confident in managing complex and sensitive cases independently
- Experience in leadership or supervision is desirable
- Commercially astute and business development minded
- Resolution membership or alignment with constructive family practice values
