Senior Implementation Consultant

Hybrid | Belfast

A leading SaaS organisation in the supply chain and technology space, is looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise-scale warehouse management system (WMS) deployments for global retail and logistics organisations.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll lead complex implementations from discovery through go-live, working closely with project managers, technical teams, and senior client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical warehouse solutions.

You'll play a key role in driving customer success, shaping delivery best practices, and influencing product innovation while working on large-scale international implementations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end WMS implementations including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Run client workshops to map warehouse and supply chain processes and translate requirements into functional solutions
• Act as the senior advisor to client stakeholders, ensuring implementations align with scope, quality, and commercial commitments
• Work closely with Project Managers and Engineering teams to deliver successful deployments
• Support UAT, testing strategies, and troubleshooting during implementation phases
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution design, RFP responses, and product demonstrations
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery methodologies and best practices

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' experience implementing WMS solutions, with multiple full lifecycle go-lives
• Strong consulting background delivering enterprise software implementations
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
• Experience working with Tier 1 customers and senior stakeholder groups
• Strong SQL skills for reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of system integrations, data flows, and enterprise architecture
• Experience working within structured delivery frameworks (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall)
• Comfortable operating in global delivery environments across time zones
