Targeted Support Officer

Location: Remote, Laurence House, London SE6 4RU

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 10+ Months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 19.50 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing targeted support to ensure the effective delivery of our services. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to our clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement targeted support strategies to meet the needs of our clients.

Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated and efficient service delivery.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services and make recommendations for improvements.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of support activities.

Provide training and guidance to staff to enhance their ability to deliver support services.

Work closely with external partners to align support efforts and achieve common goals.

Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress and outcomes.

Person Specification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in a support or similar role.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
