Aspire People is recruiting an EAL Support TA to work with pupils who speak English as an additional language.

This is becoming a high-demand but under-advertised role.

The Role:

Provide targeted English language support

Work 1:1 and in small groups

Support vocabulary development and reading

Liaise with class teachers to adapt materials

Encourage confidence in classroom participation

Ideal Background:

Degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or similar

Bilingual candidates encouraged

Experience tutoring or mentoring

Strong communication skills
