Are you an experienced Plumber ready to take on a new challenge at one of London's most prestigious sites?
We're recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking Facilities Management provider that's all about innovation, collaboration, and high standards. You'll be joining a team that's trusted to maintain essential infrastructure across a complex estate of historical and modern buildings.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based at a single site in london, where no two days are the same, and your skills will be genuinely valued.

Responsbilities

You'll carry out a wide range of reactive and planned plumbing and heating works across domestic and commercial environments, including:

* Installation and maintenance of heating systems, plumbing, drainage, and HVAC systems

* Diagnosing faults and carrying out essential testing and certification

* Working with boilers, valves, pumps, pipelines, and control gear

* Supporting non-trade duties and basic multi-trade works (plastering/joinery) where needed

* Ordering materials, managing your time efficiently, and delivering high-quality workmanship

* Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and site staff to ensure smooth operations

* Supporting and mentoring junior team members or apprentices

🎯 What You'll Need

Qualifications:

* NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing & Heating

* Full UK driving licence

* Additional HVAC, Oil/Gas, or Health & Safety certifications desirable

Skills & Experience:

* Experience across both domestic and commercial systems

* Sound knowledge of plumbing, heating, drainage, HVAC, and plant room installations

* Ability to diagnose faults and maintain technical systems with confidence

* Awareness of health & safety protocols and a proactive approach to risk management

* Comfortable working independently and within a wider facilities team
