Fusion People Limited is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our Finance Team based in Segensworth, Fareham. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support the payroll function and help ensure contractors are paid accurately and on time.

The Role

Reporting to the Contract Payroll & Credit Control Manager, you will play an important role in supporting payroll operations across Fusion People Limited. You will assist with the accurate and timely processing of contractor payroll while maintaining strong financial control and providing support to candidates and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Process contractor payrolls for Fusion People Limited, ensuring workers are paid accurately and on time.
Check and enter timesheets and expenses.
Enter P45s, New Starter Checklists, and other tax details.
Ensure all required payroll documentation is received and processed correctly.
Run and distribute payroll reports.
Respond to payroll queries from candidates and consultants via telephone and email.
Carry out ad hoc payroll duties as required to support the finance team.Skills & Experience

Previous payroll or finance administration experience is desirable but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
