Location: UK-wide 
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (45 hours/week)
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
Requirements: Full UK driving licence

What You'll Be Doing:
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial groundcare machinery
Deliver onsite service to customers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues
Communicate clearly with customers, explaining services and providing guidance where needed
Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and company standards
Keep detailed and accurate service records of all work completedWho We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a service engineer in groundcare, agricultural, or similar machinery
Full UK driving licence (essential for travel)
Familiarity with IBCOS is a plus, but not essential
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and confident working independently
