Senior Mechanical Engineer - Lead Innovation in Capital Delivery Projects

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll be instrumental in driving engineering excellence, sustainability, and innovation across a diverse portfolio of works.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver robust technical outcomes from Project Definition Briefs, identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies

* Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of Technical Asset Standards

* Provide design sign-off between Asset Management and Capital Delivery teams

* Offer technical assurance through delivery, commissioning, and asset handover phases

Working Pattern

* Hybrid working model based out of Clearwater Court (2-3 days per week on-site/office)

* 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What You'll Bring

* Strong experience with LV, MV, and HV systems in utilities (water, energy, or power)

* HNC/HND or Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline

* Proven ability to develop technical project solutions and briefs

* Understanding of project delivery within process industries

* Solid grasp of Health & Safety practices in construction environments

* Familiarity with industrial processes related to mechanical engineering
